Juyondai Ryugetsu (meaning "Dragon Moon") is the darker, deeper counterpart to the "Soukou." As a top-tier Japanese rice wine (Sake), it is classified as a Junmai Daiginjo, meaning it is brewed using only rice, water, and koji—without any added alcohol. This results in a fuller, more profound Umami that lingers like moonlight on water.

Craftsmanship: Shichitare Nijikan & 35% Polish

Just like the legendary Ryusen, this bottle is crafted using the labor-intensive "Shichitare Nijikan" (Seven Drips, Twenty Hours) drip-press method. It features the finest Special A Grade Yamadanishiki polished down to a pearl-like 35%, removing all impurities to reveal the pure heart of the grain.

Flavor Profile: Deep & Resonant

While Soukou is expressive and floral, Ryugetsu is elegant and resonant. It offers a complex bouquet of ripe melon and heavy florals.
